It is a long-known fact (VITACOG-Trial 2010, Oxford University, UK [1]), that Folic Acid, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12 have the very beneficial effect of slowing down age-related cognitive decline, often ending in Dementia and Alzheimer.
